Step 1
Email, fax or mail your E.I.N. or Resale Certificate to BottomLine Diapers for review
(fax 801-346-3403, email info@bottomlinediapers.net). Please send full contact information with your resale permit. Include your name, store name, store website address (if applicable), phone, fax and a valid email address.
Please Note: All accounts will be researched before approval. If your license does not relate to the nature of your retail business, your account will be denied. No exceptions.
Step 2
Upon approval of your account, sales sheets featuring our product lines and an order form will be mailed. If you already know what items you would like for your retail store based on our internet offerings, feel free to email or call us with your request, and we can quote you wholesale prices over the phone.
Account Requirements
Resale permit must be the original form received from the government. Handwritten resale numbers are not accepted.
Resale permit must be industry related. If resale permit is not industry related (meaning your business name does not appear on the document or your business name is not directly related to your industry) please include 2 recent invoices made under your company name for industry related purchases at a wholesale level.
We do not establish wholesale accounts for personal use or group buys. We do not establish wholesale accounts for home party demonstrators.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before approving any wholesale accounts.

Orders are accepted via mail,phone and online.
Orders are accepted from USA and International customers.
Products are not retail packaged with barcode at this time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, check or cash
No COD's.
We do not extend past 60 day terms.

Shipping & Handling Information
Shipping & Handling is calculated by zip code and weight of package. Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground. Upgraded services (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at an additional cost. Orders outside the USA are shipped using UPS.
Normal delivery time vary according to the schedule below.
USA Shipments:
UPS Ground: 3-6 business days from date of shipment;
UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days from date of shipment;
UPS Next day Air: 1 business day from date of shipment.
International Shipments:
UPS - 4 to 8 Business days from date of shipment;
Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.
Auction Sites & Other Info
We do allow wholesale buyers to sell our products on auction sites (such as eBay) as long as they are sold for the set retail price of $15.95 (or equal to the price being sold for on our website) and not put up for bid below the retail price.
Any wholesale buyer not complying to this rule will not be allowed to purchase in the future.
We reserve the right to cancel wholesale accounts of companies we feel are practicing unfair business practices, undercutting other retailers by selling far below the MSRP or otherwise devaluing or representing BottomLine Diapers poorly.
Exchanges
If you have an item that is not moving, we will exchange these items for other comparable items or credit your next order.
Just send us an email and explain your situation.
Include your store name, your name, and email address. We will email you a store credit coupon so you can select replacements from our available inventory.
Any returns requesting refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Retail Locator
If your store is carrying our products, please email us how you'd like your store name displayed, as well as your logo, a picture of your store front and/or product display.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise receipt, within the USA.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number, please contact us for one.
All returns must be complete units that are unopened, unpriced and in new condition.
No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer returns for Customers who are based outside US due to shipping/Import/Export constrains. We will happily exchange or refund undamaged items in accordance with the restriction outlined in this section. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package, within a period of 14 days of receipt of original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. RMA number can be obtained by contacting us at info@bottomlinediapers.net
For your protection, the items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through UPS or U.S. Post Office, registered at the your expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or use. All returns must be in original packaging. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a restocking fee. Refund will be electronically credited to Card Holder's account if credit card was used as the method of payment, otherwise a business check will be issued to business' name. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns; any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days.
